Effective July 2, 2026 · ExpediteMySite.com is operated by Visual Empire Co. ("we," "us"). By using this site or purchasing our services, you agree to these terms.

What we provide

We build websites, growth systems, and AI-powered automations ("AI Employees") for businesses. The free AI Growth Audit is an automatically generated diagnostic based on industry benchmarks and your answers, and is provided as-is, for informational purposes. Paid engagements are described at checkout and in the package you select.

Timelines

Our 48-hour launch window starts when we have everything we need from you (content, approvals, and account access where applicable). Delays in providing materials extend the timeline accordingly. AI Employee installs typically complete within 7 days.

Payments & refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. Setup fees are due before work begins. Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled; cancel anytime and service continues through the end of the current billing period. Because our deliverables are custom work, setup fees become non-refundable once the build has started - if we haven't started, contact us for a full refund.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information and content you have the right to use.
• Review and approve deliverables promptly.
• Use our services lawfully - no spam, fraud, or infringing content.

Ownership

Once paid in full, you own your website content and domain. We retain ownership of our internal tools, templates, and systems used to deliver the work, and may showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Disclaimers

We build systems designed to win you more leads, bookings, and reviews - but business results depend on many factors we don't control, so we can't guarantee specific outcomes, rankings, or revenue. Services are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
